The Silent Battle After Baby Two
There I was, an IT professional, but after my second baby, I decided to step away. Family came first, right? And it did, for a while. But after some time, a different kind of emptiness crept in. My health felt… off. My fitness was a distant memory. So, I joined a gym. I started training, pushing my body, trying to get me back. But something wasn’t clicking.
My workouts were improving, but my food wasn’t supporting my effort. It hit me hard. I started studying nutrition, devouring everything I could find. Followed ‘experts,’ read books. But it wasn’t enough. So, I pursued a Diploma in Nutrition. And I didn’t just study it; I applied everything to myself. That’s when things really changed.
I participated in duathlons – 10k running, 40k cycling, 5k running back to back. Cycled 550 km from Pune to Goa. Ran multiple marathons – 5KM,10KM, 21KM. Even trekked the Himalayas to 15,000 ft. Buranghati. I started guiding friends, giving them tips on what to eat, what not to eat, especially those active in sports.
The Shadow of ‘Why Me?’
But internally, there was always this nagging whisper. “There are already so many well-known nutritionists. Why would anyone take guidance from me?” That insecurity, it was heavy. It made me stop practicing professionally. I kept applying it for myself, for my close circle, but never for real. Never for a business. The doubt kept me small.
Then, one day, I attended a free webinar. Siddharth Rajsekar. Honestly, I had zero intention of becoming a coach. Not even an idea. But something shifted in that session. The energy, the clarity… I immediately enrolled in his Silver Course. As I went through each module, slowly, a new thought started to form. Maybe I actually could do something meaningful with this knowledge.
Diving Headfirst into the Unknown
Joining Peak Performance in May 2025 was a leap. The Hackathon started in June, and I remember sending an email, thinking, “I can’t join this. I have nothing ready. I don’t know anything.” I was from an IT background, but funnels? Pillars? Prompts? ChatGPT? These were alien words. I’d never used ChatGPT! But Siddharth’s reply was simple: “Just join it.” So, I did. I jumped in, started creating my course. By the end of June, my first course was ready. And on July 13th, I launched my first webinar.
That first webinar, organic leads only, was a shock:
70% of attendees showed up.
50% of them purchased.
It was a huge success. My confidence soared. I started doing regular webinars. Within three months of joining Peak Performance, I completed my first Freedom Finisher journey. My course, ‘Balance Blueprint,’ was designed for midlife women, 35-50, struggling with stress, low energy, and fatigue. This was it. I found my mission. My aim became clear: Women, especially after 30-35, should not struggle the way I did.
My Battle with the Unseen Glitches
But the journey wasn’t smooth. The three months felt like an obstacle course. After that initial success, problems started piling up. Technical glitches became my constant companions. Zoom calls would crash. People couldn’t join. They’d get kicked out. “We can’t enter!” they’d type. Then there were the no-shows. I’d have 50 leads nurtured perfectly, only to see a handful show up. One webinar, my camera completely gave out. I had to switch to my phone, then its battery died, and I finished it on voice-only. My WhatsApp account got blocked for two days for sending nurturing messages. Then my laptop slowed to a crawl, crashing Zoom sessions mid-webinar. One problem, then two, then three… it felt endless.
My family started asking, “You’re investing so much time, so much money… for what? We don’t see any returns.” It was hard. There were times I cried. I wanted to quit. But something deep inside wouldn’t let me. “No, it will happen. It will happen next.”
The Resolve That Refused to Break
I kept at it. Every technical glitch, every setback, I found a solution. I invested in new devices. I used the support from Siddharth, from their AI tools, to solve one challenge after another. I didn’t create a perfect plan from day one; I stayed consistent. Even when paid ads yielded zero leads, I didn’t stop. I learned new skills, understood funnels, and kept refining. My mindset shifted from “Why me?” to “How can I solve this?”
The biggest lesson? Never quit. Find the solution, don’t just complain. Every challenge was a hidden teacher.
Today, I’m not just a Sports Nutritionist; I’m a coach helping women reclaim their energy and balance. I’m living proof that doubt, that insecurity, can be transformed into a powerful mission. The path to freedom isn’t always straight, and it’s certainly not free of bumps. But with consistency and a stubborn refusal to give up, with a community that pushes you forward even when you want to stop, you can build something truly meaningful. That personal transformation, from a struggling mom to a confident coach, is what I now offer to every woman who feels like she’s lost her way. My journey has shown me that the struggles we face are just steppingstones to the mission we’re meant to fulfill.
